ARD (Arbeitsgemeinschaft der öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunkanstalten der Bundesrepublik Deutschland) is Germany’s largest public broadcasting network
ard.de invited me to lead a series of educational workshops with their design team. The sessions focused on design system fundamentals, from Figma Variables and components to governance and adoption practices.
I also guided the teams on how to use and organize Figma effectively, setting up file structures and workflows to make shared libraries easier to maintain and scale.
The outcome was a clearer, more unified approach to managing design assets, enabling ARD.de to evolve its design system efficiently across brands and platforms.
