Sherpany invited me to lead a series of educational workshops with their design and engineering teams. The sessions focused on design system fundamentals, from tokens and components to governance and adoption practices.
I also guided the teams on how to use and organize Figma effectively, setting up file structures and workflows to make shared libraries easier to maintain and scale. This gave Sherpany a practical framework to collaborate more efficiently and keep their design system consistent across teams.
